What is a hotel without its life partner – the restaurant? Bononia Estate Restaurant is modern and cosy, with two terraces overlooking a garden and a river. It has a total capacity of 70 seats.
The food
And what is good wine without the company of good food? The menu is carefully and carefully prepared by our chefs, the cuisine is seasonal and prepared with local Bulgarian products of the highest quality, and we have tried to have something for everyone.
Near the hotel is our own greenhouse, where we grow a large part of the fruits and vegetables necessary for the delicious preparation of each item on the menu.

The resort has a cozy and stylish cigar bar with a bioethanol fireplace, a gramophone, various board games and a library.
