Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are a great opportunity to surprise and excite a relative, friend, colleague or partner. Our gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be issued both on paper and electronically.

To issue a voucher, we will expect from you: username and selected services.

The options for receiving the voucher are:

• Voucher in electronic version – your email address and phone number are required.
• Paper Voucher – name, delivery address and phone number required.

Vouchers are paid 100% in advance by bank transfer.

Changes/cancellations of gift voucher reservations are possible up to 7 calendar days before the date of use of the voucher. After this period, the voucher is considered used.

Gift vouchers are not valid for accommodation under special offers and holiday packages.
