Bononia Estate Winery & Resort is a boutique tourist complex on the banks of the Danube, an addition to the winery and vineyards of Bononia Estate. The main building interweaves three centuries – the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries, and guests will have the opportunity to explore all that we have managed to preserve and restore.

Restaurant
What is a hotel without its life partner – the restaurant? Bononia Estate Restaurant is modern and cosy, with two terraces overlooking a garden and a river. It has a total capacity of 70 seats.
And what is good wine without the company of good food? The menu is carefully and carefully prepared by our chefs, the cuisine is seasonal and prepared with local Bulgarian products of the highest quality, and we have tried to have something for everyone.
In the bar menu, you will be able to find drinks that are rarely found both in the country and abroad. We also have a cigar bar.
Wine tastings and tours
Being on the theme of food and wine, you will be able to choose and book with us different wine tasting packages and tours, thus learning about our different wine varieties, vintages and brands, which will be accompanied by masterly made wooden boards covered with all sorts of appetizers and beauties. And don’t forget to sign on the barrel if you’re in the Enoteca!
Relax
But can one do without SPA? One surely can, but we have an outdoor pool and an indoor area with a classic sauna, steam room and herbal sauna, all of which equipped with extremely modern and professional equipment imported from Estonia. Let’s not forget the infrared seats and the massages, of course.
For children
We have not forgotten the children! In addition to indoor and outdoor play areas, we have also provided a children’s cosmetics area with different additional accessories for the kids and convenience for mom and dad. They will find hand sewn toys at the indoor play area, a relaxation area intended for parents, as there will be also surveillance cameras from the hotel rooms.

Bononia Estate Winery & Resort also has a one-of-a-kind conference room with a capacity of 80 seats and with a huge terrace and a magnificent view of the Danube river and our special golden
wine glassware… It is a great choice for different types of events to remain memories for a lifetime.
