Bononia Estate Winery & Resort is a boutique tourist complex on the banks of the Danube, an addition to the winery and vineyards of Bononia Estate. The main building interweaves three centuries – the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries, and guests will have the opportunity to explore all that we have managed to preserve and restore.

The menu is carefully and thoughtfully prepared by our chefs, with the cuisine being seasonal and prepared with Bulgarian products of the highest quality. Near the hotel is our own greenhouse, where we grow most of the fruits and vegetables needed for the delicious preparation of each menu item.
